On May 11, 2023, after multiple communications with the government of Kazakhstan, the group finally determined the address of the Kazakhstan National Gold Refinery.
Kazakhstan is known as an "energy and raw material base" and is one of the 10 countries with the richest mineral resources in the world. Among them, gold reserves are abundant, with Proven reserves of about 1900 tons, accounting for about 4% of the global gold reserves. According to statistics from the World Gold Commission, Kazakhstan currently ranks 25th in annual gold production and 9th in reserves, indicating great potential for the development of Kazakhstan's gold industry.
The gold refinery is a national project invested and constructed by the Group in cooperation with the Kazakh government. It will make full use of the resource advantages of Kazakh gold mines, as well as the price difference in the gold markets of Kazakhstan and Türkiye, to create considerable economic and social benefits.
The gold refinery approved by the Kazakh government is located in the Central Kazakhstan region, covering an area of 45 acres.
The group will build an international hotel and a gold refinery here. The underground floors of the hotel are used for gold extraction and processing. The gold extraction factory is well-equipped, equipped with internationally advanced gold and silver refining and precious metal processing equipment such as electrolysis production lines and extraction production lines, as well as testing laboratories. The testing technology is advanced, the testing methods are rigorous, and the safety and environmental protection facilities meet international advanced standards. The annual gold extraction and processing capacity is 70 tons, creating billions of dollars in profits.
In addition to catering, accommodation, business office, and leisure entertainment, the international hotel also sets up a jewelry and jade display and sales hall, making it a cultural center for gold, jewelry, and jade in Central Asia and the Middle East.
The Middle East, Central Asia, and Xinjiang, China are all major jade producing regions, containing a large amount of high-quality jade raw materials. The group will leverage its own advantages, combine the characteristics of different countries and regions, explore more business models, not only introduce and cultivate professional jade connoisseurs, carving masters, and design masters, further spread the culture of jewelry and jade, but also build this into a base for the import and export of gold, jewelry and jade, as well as a cultural tourism base, to achieve a broader and deeper development direction of the group's industry.
